At MYKUU, every piece is made with love, and we hope you feel that when it arrives. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Eligible for return or remake if:

  • The item was damaged during transit (please contact us within 48 hours with photos).

  • The custom content is significantly incorrect (e.g., wrong text or design).

Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Errors in the text/content provided by the customer.

  • Items that have been used, worn, or intentionally damaged.
